| STORING |
Greenfield's Bagels stay fresh when allowed to cool in paper bags then transferred to plastic bags and sealed for storage.
If a bagel is put in a sealed plastic bag container before it is completely cooled, it will sweat and become soggy. |

| FREEZING |
Bagels should be cooled before freezing. Slice, then place in a plastic freezer bag and seal tightly.
Frozen, sliced bagels can be placed directly into the toaster. Ah, what a luxury. |

| REJUVENATING |
Greenfield's Bagels have no preservatives! Bagels that are several days old tend to harden.
They may be easily freshened up by toasting, placing them in a covered pot with a few drops
of water, or warmed in a 350 degree oven for about ten minutes. |
